How to use the new Plus / BAASS Customer Center

We've designed this help centre to make it easy for you to reach us and to find answers to your questions. 

You can contact us for technical support or for product information and quotes by clicking on the 'Submit a Request' button.    Or - simply click on the red HELP button on the lower right corner of the screen.

You can track the progress of these requests using the 'My Activities' function.  My Activities shows all your current and past cases. 

You can also communicate with us and other users by posting questions and comments on the Community Forum. 

Our Knowledge Base of helpful tips and information is available and you can search by keyword for information on your questions.

We look forward to serving you better with these new features! If you have suggestions for improvements to your help centre, please make sure to start that conversation in the Community Forum.  We'd love to hear from you!
