No access to modules even though I have been assigned correct security

Problem Details:

Logging into Sage, the user no longer has access to the modules and functions that they should have based on the security groups that has been assigned.

 

Solution:

This may occur after a dbload of the database either into itself or into a new database (as a test company). 

Go to Start, Programs, Sage, Sage 300 ERP 2014, and Database Setup.  You will need the ADMIN password to open this function.  Highlight the database in question and click on Edit.  Then, on the lower right hand corner of this screen, click on Propagate.  When that process is complete, exit this screen and check the user's access.  All their rights should now be in place again.
