Solution:

Check the dimension selected for the account number specified by the error message through the General Ledger.

  1. Go to General Ledger from the top navigation bar
  2. Click 'Accounts'
  3. Search for the Account Number in the error message
  4. View the Account Number
  5. Locate 'Dimension settings'

If there are dimensions selected on this list, those dimensions will need to be included in the CSV import.
