Retrying a Failed Recurring Transaction

Problem Details

Recurring Transaction has failed and needs to be reprocessed.

 

Solution:

Go to:
Order Entry > Reports > Recurring Transactions Status
Select the date range of the failed transaction(s), and in the Filters section click the check box for 'Show Only Failed'

Within the report, click the 'Retry' button to the right of any transaction to rerun the scheduled transaction.
