Problem Details:
 
PDFs do not generate, print, or save 

Solution:
 
If using Internet Explorer:
  1. Open Adobe Reader from 'All Programs' list on 'Start' menu.
  2. Click on Edit
  3. Click on Preferences
  4. Click on Internet
  5. Un-check the option to 'Display PDF in browser'
This will open the PDF in the Acrobat Reader rather than the browser

If using Firefox browser:
  1. Click on the Firefox button (Located at the top left of the browser window)
  2. Click on the 'Add-ons' button to open the Add-ons Manager
  3. Click on the 'Extensions' tab on the left side
  4. Disable all Adobe Acrobat Add-ons
  5. Close window/tab
This will open the PDF in the Acrobat Reader rather than the browser
