When clicking on any icon in Sales Analysis, the following error message appears:
"An unexpected error occurred while checking the licensing. Error 1402"
This is a program issue and can be resolved with a hotfix if the Sage version being used is Sage 2014 PU2 or Sage 2012 PU4. Please contact Sage or your Business Partner to obtain the hotfix.
The hotfix may not resolve the issue if a more recent service pack has been installed, or if the problem occurs on a terminal server. Sage is aware of this problem and are working on it, but as of this date (June 2015) there is no permanent solution for the issue. Please contact Sage or your Business Partner for a temporary license file to use as a workaround until a permanent solution is available.
