Printing to print boss printer does not print or email

Problem Details:

Sending a form to the print boss printer opens the print boss program, but it does not capture the form and nothing prints or emails. 



In Print Boss, click on Options / PrintBoss Driver Settings.  In the Transfer File Settings box, check the setting for Transer Folder/File.  In older installations of Printboss, this was set to C:\Transfer.  This setting may work for awhile, and then inexplicably, stops working and print boss no longer captures the print job.  This is likely due to permissions on the C drive.  Change this setting to {ComAppData\...\Transfer} and click OK to save.  For newer installations of Printboss, this is the new default setting.
