Invoices sent via email through Print Boss are not being received by customers

Problem Details:

Some invoices that are sent by email from Sage through Print Boss are not being received by customers.

 

Solution:

Open Print Boss and go to Options / Email Settings.  Click on the Default Addresses tab.  Make sure there are email addresses and a name assigned in the From Address, From Name, and Reply to Address fields.  If these fields are left blank, then the email server receiving the email may reject the email as spam.
