Errors appear on integrity report when items are deleted but pricing still exists

Problem Details:

Errors appear on integrity report when items are deleted but pricing still exists for them.

 

Solution:

Recommended: Do not delete items, customers, vendors, accounts etc.  If they are no longer to be used, mark them as inactive. This allows reporting to happen properly and can reduce data integrity issues.  If these records need to be deleted, ensure that history is cleared first, so that the records are not attached to any documents when deleted.
