Cannot see Mapped Drives

Problem Details:

User cannot see any mapped drives from Sage 300, but can see them from other programs.

 

Solution:

If the drives were mapped by right clicking on my computer and then adding the mapped drive, the above issue may present itself.  Re-map the drives using the command prompt (as an administrator) and the following command: net use Drive Letter:\\server_name\path
