Granting External Access to Customer Support

Problem Description:

How to grant external access to Customer Support

 

Solution:

  1. Go to Company from the top navigation bar.
  2. Click External Access Users.
  3. Click "Edit" for Customer Support.
  4. Select the following:
Access: Enabled
Admin Privileges: Full
Access Expiration Date: This date can be set up to 90 days into the future. 

 
Note: If you do not see the option for External Access Users, you are not a full administrator.  Please contact an Intacct Administrator with Business Admin privileges within your company to enable this access.
