Trying to reprint an AR refund cheque but cannot open refund batch. Error: 'batch locked by another user'
When the refund cheque printing process has not been completed, the batch status is 'cheque creation in progress'. If a user from another workstation then attempts to open the batch the error message occurs.
Open the batch from the original workstation, click on Print Cheque and set the status of the cheque to 'not printed'. Close the print cheque screen and say 'yes' to void the cheque run. The batch status is now 'open' and the batch can be opened from the other workstation and the cheque reprinted.
