Intacct User Cannot log in - Message: User Locked Out
First option is to have a System Administrator log into the system and unlock the user. Go to Company / Users. Click on 'Edit' beside the affected user. On the User Information tab, locate the Status field. Change it from 'Lockedout' to 'Active'.
If the user still has problems logging in, reset their password by going to the same location: Company / Users and clicking 'Edit' beside the user. On the bottom of the User Information tab, click on 'Reset Password'. This will send an email to the user and they can follow the links to reset their own password and unlock the account.
