Printing a large batch of AR statements using PrintBoss

Problem

All ready to print a large batch of AR Customer Statements using PrintBoss, but when you try to print, you receive this error message:

"It Seems there are insufficient rights to the PrintBoss 50 Spooler folder. Batch being ignored. The Print Spooler may need to be restarted."

 

Solution

A Print Spooler can be restarted from Task Manager - Services. Find the Print Spooler service and press Restart.

If the AR statement batch is for over 300 customers, it is a good idea to split the batch in to two or three batches. You could print customers A-M then N-Z.
