No Recall Information Found

Problem Details:

When trying to convert a PO, the following error message is displayed:

'No Recall Information Found for Purchase Orders'

 

Solution:

This message may also be seen when trying to convert Orders.  It means the transaction that is trying to be converted has not been listed as a 'Convert From' document type on the transaction definition for the document being converted to. 

To update this:
1. Go to Purchasing from the top navigational bar.
2. Click on Open Setup.
3. Click on PO Transaction Definitions.
4. Click on Edit next to the document type you are attempting to convert to.
5. Locate the Convert From tab.
6. Select the document type that you are attempting to convert from.
7. Save when complete.
8. The document should now be able to be converted.
