Government reports are missing in Canadian Payroll.
This is likely due to a tax update being activated in the company database, but the computer has not yet been updated with the same tax update. This can be confirmed by going to Help -> System Information. There will be a red check mark beside the active version of the tax update, but the description fields will be blank.
This tax update must be installed on the computer to resolve the issue. See Installing Payroll Tax Updates for assistance with this process, or contact a technical support agent for assistance.
