Cannot edit Memorized Report

Problem Details:

Cannot edit Memorized Report, even though the report is designated as 'public'.

 

Solution:

Only the report owner or a full business admin user is able to edit memorized reports. User can be changed to a full business admin user by going to  Company / Users.  Click Edit next to the specific user.  Change the User Type to Business, and change Admin Privileges option to Full.
