After a new installation or repair of Sage 300, the following error message appears when printing forms or reports:
'unable to load report'.
This indicates that not all Crystal components were installed correctly or are missing. There should be over 1200 files in C:\program files\business objects\common\3.5\bin folder. If that is not the case, the System Manager can be removed and reinstalled, or the Crystal Reports XI R2 Fixpack 6.2 can be installed to remedy the problem. Once all the appropriate files are in the bin folder, the print jobs should complete successfully.
