Error Launching Sage300: Debug Info for License Not Found

Problem Details:

When launching Sage300, the following error messages are displayed:

"Debug Info for License Not Found:  Invalid Shared Folder....."

"Cannot find required system data files."



This errors may occur when the program or the product updates have been installed without selecting the option to 'run as administrator' when launching the exe file.  Re-run the install for the latest product update, by right clicking on the exe file and selecting 'run as administrator', even if the user has sufficient rights to do installs on the machine. 

If no product updates have been installed, it may be necessary to re-install all the program files using the same 'run as administrator' function.
