Ops Inquiry screen shows blank

Problem Details:

When opening the Ops Inquiry screens, (Item Inquiry, Order Inquiry) there are no tabs displayed and no information is available. 

 

Solution:

The security for Ops Inquiry works in a reverse manner than the rest of the security for Sage modules.  Go to Administrative Services / Security Groups and select the Ops Inquiry application.  The most common shortcut is to use the 'Select All' button at the bottom of the screen to grant access to all functions in the module for a group of users.  However, in this module, selecting the functions actually removes the access.

To grant access to the tabs, remove the checkboxes and save the security group.  Any user assigned to this group will need to logout of Sage and log back in for the changes to take effect.
