Printboss not responding on Windows 10

Printboss is not responding on Windows 10 computers


This is something to do with Windows 10 Security settings
Follow these steps to solve the issue
1. Go to windows explorer
2. Browse to C:\Programdata folder
3. If you can not see Programdata folder type C:\Programdata and go in to C:\Programdata folder
4. Right click on Wellspring sub folder
5. Allow full read and write access to Wellspring folder
6. This will solve the issue
