Is it possible to remove some of the tabs - they are never used
Yes, it is! By default all of the tabs are available in AR Customer Inquiry. However, if some are not needed, or are 'cluttering' things up, they can be removed. In AR Customer Inquiry, click on Settings / Tabs.
From there, any of the tabs can be made visible or invisible. Make the required changes and click Close to view the new setup.
It is not possible to re-order any of the tabs. When they are made visible again, they will go back in the same order (even though they originally appear at the end of the visible tabs list when selected).
