Can log into Sage, but unable to open any of the module icons. The error message is 'Program file problem. Cannot find program file.'
A Windows Update of Windows System Center, Windows Security Essentials, and Windows Defender has caused these programs to remove or quarantine the a4wcontainerXP.exe file from the Sage Runtime folder. When in Sage, click on Help / System Information and find the directory that the program files are located in: The Runtime directory is located in the Program Directory.
To resolve this, restore this file from quarantine or from a backup, or from a workstation that is not affected. After restoring, add an exception to the Windows program to exclude the entire Sage program directory.
